  • use or otherwise incorporate the words or phrases "HotelClub", "RatesToGo","Orbitz" or "CheapTickets" (including any variations or misspellings), in the domain name(s) of your Site(s), or any portion thereof;
  • bid on the words or phrases "HotelClub", "RatesToGo", "Orbitz" or "CheapTickets" (including any variations or misspellings) across any search engine globally;

COUPON/VOUCHER POLICY

By joining our program you agree to not to promote any HotelClub coupons or promocodes without written consent from HotelClub. In cases where a customer redeems a coupon, no commission will be awarded to (a) cashback sites or (b) any other sites that have promoted a coupon without Hotelclub's written consent.
 
TRADEMARK POLICY

As a condition to your acceptance and participation in the Program, you shall not Use or otherwise incorporate the words or phrases "HotelClub", "RatesToGo" or "Asia-Hotels", including any variations or misspellings, in the domain name(s) of your Site(s), or any portion thereof.
 
APPROVAL GUIDELINES

We encourage all interested and relevant sites to apply to our program. Of course, we have a few guidelines.
 
Your site should be:
  • aesthetically pleasing;
  • relevant to the travel industry;

Your site should not:
  • Display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive;
  • Contain (or contain links to sites which host) viruses, malware, spyware or any harmful software;
