The end of the payment period is two months prior to the payout date, i.e. the November 2001 payouts was for money earned up to 30th September 2001.

3. Make sure you're not losing out on money
If you are using a redirecting URL, or if you have multiple sites or mirror sites on separate domains, make sure you have included all of the domains in your Tradedoubler account. The system is set up to recognise only traffic referred from those sites that you have registered. To update your account with additional URLs, simply click on "Edit site info," and add any additional URLs in the "Site address" block. Enter your URLs on the single line, separated by commas. Spaces are not necessary. You don't need to include every page, only the top domains.

Alternatively, use the "Register another site" link on the "Edit site info" page to register a new site - this allows better statistical breakdown.

4. Still waiting for approval
Each merchant has their own schedule for approving affiliate applications. Some take longer than others, and occasionally we must give them a nudge. It is also important that you ensure your URL is correctly entered in order for them to access your site(s).

5. Not accepted as an affiliate
It is the merchant's decision if they accept you as an affiliate. The different merchants have different demands on your home page. The demands are primarily related to the content of the site. If the merchant thinks that their brand name shouldn't be associated to the content on your site they may reject your site. Sites where the content breaks the law are not accepted either. Tradedoubler aren't informed of the reason an affiliate is turned down.

6. Forgotton password
If you have forgotton your password simply enter you email address on its own (without attempting to remember your password) and you will receive an email informing you of your password.

7. Commission while under consideration
The commission you generate while you are under consideration will be included in your total commission given that you are accepted to the merchant. However if you are denied by the merchant this money will be lost.

8. Co-operation expired
Co-operation expired means the merchant has decided they no longer wish you to be one of their associates. Any links you have on your site to the merchants will not work. Any money due from clicks, leads, or sales generated up to the time the merchant expired the co-operation will be paid to you as normal.

9. How to end an affiliate link
If you want to stop being affiliated to a merchant, remove all text, pictures and banners from your site. We won't remove the program from the list on "Your Programs".
