Procedure to receive backdated VAT

If you wish to receive backdated VAT please send the following information via FAX to 004684050844 (Head Office Sweden):

1. Cover note, including purpose of Fax, your name, Affiliate ID and Username (All three are required). Address this to Finance Dept
2. VAT Certificate
