Please take care to respect the exclusivity of the code and not display this via any promotional means unless the code has been issued to you specifically. Affiliates promoting codes exclusive to our other affiliate partners will have their commissions declined.
Voucher code partners should also be aware that Optical Express will provide all codes suitable for affiliate use via email, or via their affiliate manager. If an affiliate uses a code not issued for affiliate use then they will have their commissions declined.

- Direct linking of SEM ads to opticalexpress.co.uk and any associated domains such as .com, .ie, .de or .nl is strictly prohibited. Please only use your own landing pages with your own content on your own domains. A copy of our landing page will not be sufficient.
All marketing materials including creative, subject lines and unique landing page(s) to be provided by Optical Express. All creative previews must be approved by Optical Express in writing/email before broadcast commences. The campaign will be allocated with a unique campaign ID(s) and leads will be measured by the Optical Express Global Reporting and Tradedoubler tracking systems. The campaign can be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice. Affiliates will only provide unincentivised opt-in email data for email marketing campaigns. Where email marketing is permitted as a source of traffic, affiliates will run a global suppression list supplied by Optical Express, against their database prior to broadcast.
Each affiliate warrants that: (1) all Data has been collected from data subjects in compliance with the requirements of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”) and the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”); (2) all data subjects have given their prior consent to being contacted by Optical Express (Westfield) Limited with marketing offers via e-mail and SMS; and (3) upon request by Optical Express (Westfield) Limited, affiliates shall provide proof to Optical Express (Westfield) Limited that all data subjects have given their prior consent to being contacted by Optical Express (Westfield) Limited by e-mail and SMS for marketing purposes. If Optical Express (Westfield) Limited is contacted by a data subject who claims that s/he did not consent to receiving marketing communications by e-mail and SMS from Optical Express (Westfield) Limited, Optical Express (Westfield) Limited may pass all relevant details to the affiliate, whose sole responsibility it will be to inquire into any alleged breach of PECR and the DPA and to take any necessary remedial action.
